Trend Setter Homes helped me design and build my lake home. Dave and Mick made things very easy for us by keeping us informed of the steps in the process so we could stay ahead of them with our selections. Since this was a custom home they were awesome in helping us make decisions on the best product choices available that fit in well with our overall desired look and feel. They were always accommodating with answering our calls and meeting with us when we requested. They kept us in "the loop" as far as progress and any issues that arose and were very quick and attentive to address any concerns we had. Needless to say, our dream lake home turned out to be everything we had envisioned and I really owe most of that to Dave, Mick and everyone at Trend Setter Homes. I have referred family and friends to Dave and they have all had the same great experience as well. Great job guys!

I HAD TREND SETTER HOMES AND REMODELING, INC., REMODEL THE FRONT ENTRANCE OF MY HOME BY EXTENDING APPROXIMATELY 9 FEET TO THE THEN EXISTING ENTRANCE. ALL WORK WAS DONE WITHIN DEADLINES AND DAVE WORKED WITH THE CITY FOR LICENSE, INSPECTIONS, ETC. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WITH ABOVE EXPECTATIONS, AND I HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS APPROVALS/PRAISES . I BELIEVE WITH THIS ADDITION, IT WILL IMPROVED THE VALUE OF MY HOME.

As many certainly know, home ownership can present a fair number of challenges and dilemmas both of which tend to increase as the home ages. While I fully expected the roof on my home of just over 10 years to last a good 20-25 years, defective shingles shorted its lifespan significantly. Not being prepared or having the knowledge to deal with a roof replacement but knowing just by looking at the horribly curling shingles that something needed to done, I reached out to Dave with Trend Setter. Dave knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He explained exactly what needed to be done and how it would be done. He worked through the replacement process end to end ensuring everything was completed professionally and on schedule. He was on-site day of job and addressed all my questions. He followed up after the installation and made sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. While I certainly hope I'm not in need of any other major repairs anytime soon, I will certainly be utilizing Trend Setter when the need arises.

We met with Dave Persing and his team multiple times to inquire about building a custom home. Dave and his team were very helpful and respectful and were very quick to get us the information we were looking for. We would not hesitate to recommend Dave and Trend Setter for anyone looking for a custom home or upcoming projects.

Trend Setter has done work for me personally along with some of my clients. As an insurance agent, it's important to have a company I can refer my clients to that I know will do quality work at a reasonable price. For me, that company is Trend Setter Homes & Remodeling.
