TowerHouse Design + Build specializes in the design, construction and project management of fine custom homes and renovations in Toronto. Jordan Brooks and Zachary Schwartz founded TowerHouse Design + Build to carry on the tradition of constructing beautiful homes and buildings that function for live, work and play. Our team is distinctive in that we bring forth a combined 20 years of experience in the construction industry in high-rise, low-rise, commercial and civil construction to the residential market. Before launching TowerHouse, Jordan and Zachary gained some of their experience from working for the largest residential builders in Canada. These include: Tridel, Fieldgate Homes, Daniels, Cityzen and Fernbrook. Jordan Brooks’s experience includes construction management for high profile residential condominium projects in Toronto’s downtown core (London on the Esplanade, L-Tower (CityZen/Dominus); and the Regent Park Revitalization Plan (Daniels Group). Project management work includes Pinewood film studios (Castlepoint Group) and the Union Station Revitalization Project (Priestly Demolition). Zachary Schwartz brings to the team retail and low rise construction experience including building and managing retail shopping plaza construction from the ground up. Zachary has built shell and finished buildings for almost every major Canadian and American power center retailer including: Sobeys, Bed Bath and Beyond, LA Fitness, RBC, LCBO, CIBC, along with multi-tenant buildings (Fieldgate Homes).
