Thomas Juarez – President of Thomas Classic Homes, includes in his career over fifty-one years of extensive experience in the design and development of various real estate projects. After attending UCLA, and while in the Southern California market, Mr. Juarez’ projects include the development of more than 5000 homes in the area, together with construction of numerous apartment complexes, office buildings, industrial buildings, amusement parks and schools. After moving to the Katy area sixteen years ago, Thomas continues in the construction development and the real estate market. While officing in the City of Katy, Thomas has designed and developed Victoria Lakes, Whispering Lakes, Fawnlake and the very popular Remington Trails. As President of Thomas Classic Homes, Thomas has completed the Westwind Townhomes and the St. George Townhome community on West Hollow and Richmond Avenue. We built our own acreage home sites in Remington Trails and proudly brought our building expertise to Fawnlake. We are dedicated to understanding the homebuyer’s needs and are committed to quality at every detail. Thomas has the distinction of being Past Vice President of the Katy Business Association, Past President of the Katy Rotary Club, Founder and Charter President of the Katy Sunrise Rotary Club, and Past Assistant Governor for District 5890 two years running.
