Established as Teamwork Home Improvements in 2000, the team has continued to grow and can now boast many years combined experience in the building sector and have worked on all kinds of properties ranging from flats to mansions and period to modern. Teamwork Tenterden are keen to source materials from the local area wherever possible and introduce progressive, environmentally friendly products to help minimise a projects carbon footprint and environmental impact. We cannot recommend Teamwork Tenterden highly enough. Their attention to detail was outstanding and the team working in our home over the 8 weeks or so of our project were first class... always punctual often working beyond their finish time in order to make sure our services were available overnight and weekends. Always leaving the property immaculate each evening. We are absolutely thrilled with the completed project. Covid has interrupted a couple of small finishing off jobs and we look forward to welcoming them back.

We hired Peter, Dave and their team to fully renovate our cottage within the grounds of our Grade 2* property and we’re delighted with the results. The team were completely respectful of the property, incredibly knowledgeable and totally professional at all times. As with most projects the work evolved over time yet budgets were kept to and there were no hidden surprises. We recently had a problem with our conservatory and it was a chilly unused "boot area". Since the excellent work done by Dave Clarke and his team, we now have a more comfortable, warm and attractive area. The work they did was efficient and finished to a high standard, with each team member taking pride in their own work. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Peter and the team did a fantastic job in our kitchen. They removed two supporting walls and installed beams, built a new utility room, designed and installed new electrical and plumbing layouts, re-plastered all walls and ceiling, and laid a floor. All the work was completed to a very high standard, within a tight time frame and at a good price. The whole team were friendly and professional. We will definitely engage them on future projects.

They provided specialist advice and carried out structural repairs to the timber frame of the house required as a consequence of woodworm, death watch beetle, wet rot, dry rot. This is a Grade ll listed building. All works were carried out to maintain the integrity and character of the original build. Rotten oak beams were replaced with new oak beams as part of roof repairs requiring good carpentry skills to recreate the original wood joints in the structure. Great care was taken to preserve the original and all timbers were fully treated. Other repairs were carried out to the front and side elevation requiring the removal and replacement of the weatherboarding and repairing the timber frame. Similar repairs were required to the floor joists and plates in a living room. On this job they worked with me, as the householder, doing the things I couldn't do! They were fabulous. A joy to work with and highly skilled. The best craftsmen I have worked with in 30 years of house rennovation. I would have them back anytime.

Superb company well managed and they know what they are doing. Had great pleasure working with them. By far best building company I have come across in susex/kent. Peter was very switched on, had good eye for detail and made it easy for us to work. Helped us finish job quicker and therefore saving customer money!

Peter and his team was the main contractor on a site where we fitted the kitchen. The specification of the whole project was to an exacting high standard and Peter was exceptionally thorough in preparing the space for us to work. His attention to detail is second to none and he is a great problem solver. Having since been back to see the final completed project I was so impressed that I have asked him to come and work on my own property.

We used Teamwork Tenterden at our previous property and decided to engage them again when we moved in 2014. The two and a half year project was a complete modern, contemporary glass house renovation including land and drainage works. The work has involved new air-source heat pump underfloor heating, solar water heating, new plumbing throughout, new electrics throughout, glass and stainless steel fabrications including a three storey glass staircase, a secondary glass staircase and a spiral stainless steel staircase. The property has been rebuilt, extended, tiled and decorated to an exceptionally high standard. The drainage around the property has been completely re-configured. Teamwork Tenterden also erected a four bay, contemporary garage/workshop with steel frame, infill, glazing and one piece roof to match the existing house. A very able team of tradesmen who have had to deal with issues and existing problems at every turn. Never fazed and always able to solve issues. Excellent standard of finished work. Highly recommended.
