David and the team at TWMH were brilliant from beginning to end, we used them for our full renovation of our Victorian terrace flat. When sharing the initial quote with us, we asked for a full detailed breakdown which David shared, we also had some Zoom calls to go through the quote and ask questions and we were invited to one of their existing projects to have a look around and see examples of their work. Once work started, we had a weekly scheduled meeting on-site to see the progress, David kept us updated weekly via a tracker doc that we all had access to, any variations or decisions we needed to make were also tracked here. The team completing the work were consistent throughout which we liked and they were all really friendly. The project was a full renovation, stripped back all the way to the brickwork and structural work with walls being removed etc too. We had never done anything like this but felt in safe hands with the TWMH team. The work did take longer than first quoted but some of this was down to hold-ups that were out of everyone's control such as delays with our architect - the main thing is that we were made aware and kept updated of the challenges/delays so nothing was a surprise. David also worked really hard to keep the project on budget for us and any cost increases were variations that we decided to make. The overall finish is amazing, we are so pleased with it and really glad that we chose TWMH, we would definitely recommend them/use them again.

I write this from a professional perspective as an ARB / RIBA chartered Architect. We are residential Architects and work closely with various building contractors and have found T.W.M.H to operate with an honest and professional approach. They adopt attention to detail to ensure that the project is clearly understood, even prior to the contract being awarded to them, to ensure their pricing is clear and considered from the outset. This reduces the risk that costs will fluctuate and gives comfort. They build to a high standard of finish and actively encourage work with an environmentally considered approach, pro-actively suggesting greener materials, with an ecologically respectful mindset. They are knowledgable in their industry and actively seek to improve themselves, keeping abreast of new materials available and new building techniques. We have worked with T.W.M.H, would recommend them to anyone undertaking a project and are keen to continue working with them again.
