Does beautiful work, if they show up. Incredibly, calls and texts are ignored for days and weeks. The projects we have engaged them for are expensive, and every time we pay another 50,000, the builder goes on a cruise or out of town for a family affair. He told me this himself, I am not guessing nor attacking. The projects were to be done in 2 months. Last month we got a grand total of 10 hours of work. For the entire month. Meanwhile, texts and calls are ignored. I text every day, only asking for him to please call. Nothing ugly or confrontational. The work is beautiful but I would trade professionalism and punctuality for a lesser finish. The drop down on this site insists on a completion date. It is not even halfway finished so there is no completion to be noted. The drop down doesn't allow for blanks. We are way past completion date and although we have paid 75% of the cost, I estimate the work is about 35% done. I cannot recommend Steady Homes
