Experience of Working with Square Foot Solutions
When my wife and I first met with Jerry and Patrick, our spirits were low as we had suffered two poor experiences with other builders. We were immediately impressed by the fact that both of them attended the initial meeting to discuss our requirements- meeting with the two owners of the business created a positive initial impression.When the build started, we felt a sense of confidence in the foreman that had been appointed to manage our build- he was experienced, approachable and we were quickly able to build a good rapport with him.Inevitably, there were problems at various points, none of which could have been reasonably anticipated. In each case, as clients, we always felt that Square Foot was responsive and that the options offered to bring resolution to problems were grounded in the experience of having dealt with similar issues in the past.
Standard of Work
The architectural style that we were looking for was modern with respect to both the exterior and interior. As such, there were few places for anything less than excellent workmanship to hide. The combination of an experienced foreman coupled with skilled workmen (a mix of subcontractors and Square Foot employees) ensured that work was carried out to a high standard throughout the duration of the build.

A smooth execution - highly recommended! We employed Square Foot Solutions on a full property renovation project with high quality finishes. The quality of the workers and the materials was of a high standard and the company works in a very professional manner. All the people involved in my project knew the work well and were familiar with the complexities involved; they were able to work without creating problems to the common area and other property owners in the building. Their work was at all times was tidy, the planning was good, were always willing to do their outmost to make things work and the final result is a home of a very high standard. I would highly recommend Square Foot Solutions.
