Runey Construction can build from your plans, customize your plans, or develop a personalized custom home based on your ideas and dreams of a new home ground up. We work closely with a network of architects to ensure that the customer finds the expert that is right for their project. Runey Construction strives for integrity, and part of that is ensuring that all final plans are drawn by a registered architect and sealed to meet local requirements where needed; all structural components of the house are also reviewed by a registered engineer and come with structural drawings sealed by a civil engineer. At Runey Construction we always keep our clients best interest in mind. During the initial consultations with a prospective client, we listen to carefully to what a client needs and wants in their new home. Once the desired level of customization and luxury features have been established, we provide our clients with a preliminary budget based on a cost per-square-foot so that the client knows early on in the process if their needs and wants will fit into their budget.
