About Us As custom builders located in Central Virginia and Northern Virginia, we are dedicated to providing superior quality homes at affordable prices. We are a father and son team with over 30 years of general contracting and site management experience between us. Our projects include the building of custom homes, home additions and home renovations. We routinely perform work in Richmond and the surrounding counties of Goochland, Hanover, King William and Essex, as well as the Northern Virginia counties of Prince William, Fairfax and Loudoun. Responsive and Prompt - We know that if you call us with a question on the project status, you expect a prompt answer. Either Ron Sr. or Ron Jr. are on site daily overseeing each of our projects. We address questions in real time and deal with any issues at the job site immediately. You will never be handed off to deal with a middle man or designated other. Professional and Inviting - We recognize that you have alot of time and money invested in building or renovating a home, so we take our responsibility to deliver experienced oversight and a quality product seriously. However, we want you to enjoy the home building process as much as we do. So we strive to create a friendly, open working relationship to make it a pleasant journey for all of us. Experience - Our knowledge of building codes and permit requirements for each county, plus long-established relationships with our suppliers and subcontractors, help us to move each project along swiftly. As the old saying goes, "proper planning prevents poor performance..." Focus on Quality, Not Quantity - Unlike larger builders, we only work on a select number of homes per year, insuring we pay attention to detail and prevent costly mistakes. One of us, either Ron Sr. or Ron Jr., is present on-site daily at each of our projects. We don't trust the details to anyone else.
