Riverwood Homes has left much to be desired in terms of construction quality and customer satisfaction during the warranty period. During the final walkthrough of our house, we observed numerous unfinished or improperly done aspects. In response to our concerns, the company suggested raising a warranty request, yet the subsequent resolution process proved to be unsatisfactory. Following the submission of the warranty request, a Riverwood Homes employee conducted an inspection and asserted that everything was in order, dismissing the need for further action. Interestingly, a comparison with other homes built to the same plan revealed that the identified issues were indeed addressable. Unfortunately, it appears that Riverwood Homes leans more towards providing explanations and compromises rather than earnestly rectifying construction deficiencies. It's disheartening to note that the positive experience during the construction of Phase 1 in Centerton sharply contrasts with the disappointing scenario in Phase 2. While Phase 1 showcased Riverwood Homes' excellence, the subsequent phase has fallen short of expectations, diminishing overall satisfaction. Based on my firsthand experience, I cannot recommend Riverwood Homes to potential homebuyers.

We love our Riverwood Home. The floor plan is perfect for a retired couple. The quality is outstanding. We have built several homes and this Riverwood Home is our favorite!!

I have lived in a Riverwood house for two years and am very pleased with the construction, the low electric and gas bills and the overall quality of the home. Everyone staff person, sales, etc. has always been helpful and courteous any time I have had a need to discuss. I would gladly (and have) recommend Riverwood Homes to anyone looking to purchase a home.

My home buying experience with Riverwood was a wonderful one! My home was completed on time, and the quality of the work was excellent. My home is an amazinghome, with a beautiful yard, lovely interior, and overall structurally sound. When I had questions or comments they were very attentive and made sure I was taken care of. I would buy another riverwood home.

Don't use Riverwood if you want you house done when they said it would be. Our contract states that the latest completion date would 5/22/17. It also says an extension has to be agreed upon by both parties in writing. Well it's 5/30 and the house isn't completed and no extension was agreed upon. The excuse from them "this isn't the only house we are working on." On 5/22 we were told the house would be done 5/24. 5/24 we were told completion would be 5/26. There next excuse was the weather. Yes we received more ran than normal, but what stopped them from completing the inside on the house? Absolutely nothing.

I've had the pleasure of working with Riverwood Homes in building, what I would consider, my perfect home. As a first time home buyer/builder, I was anxious about the build process. Immediately after meeting with the Riverwood team, I had the assurance I needed that I was working with the best crew in the area! Riverwood assured that I was always updated on my build process. After speaking with peers who have also built in the area, this is something to not take for granted. Additionally, I always felt like I was an extension of their team. No decision for my home was made without including my input. This was invaluable and ultimately led to a fantastic process and build! Additionally, I've only received top tier support from their team after my home completion. Undoubtably , I would recommend anyone use Riverwood to build their next dream home. The quality of product is only complimented by the quality of people!

Riverwood homes are the best to my knowledge. I had very good experience with them and they were always approachable on phone or email. We loved the way they considered all our requests and handed over a good home to stay. Really happy and thankful for all the services they have provided. Sam is the best person and he has got lot of patience to answer all our questions. For anyone, who is buying a house for the first time. River wood is the right one. Its my experience. you won't regret.

Riverwood Homes has been a pleasure to do business with. They stand behind their estimates and time lines, they kept us informed throughout the construction process. The end result is a beautiful and quality constructed home. Their team members are all very polite and professional. As with any new home, you will find a few things that need a little attention, and they have always been there and taken care of it. Without question, we will use them again on any new home project that is in our future!
