Welcome to ProComm Builders! We build homes in a very unique way- making the entire experience a pleasure for our customers from design to delivery of our homes. ProComm Builders is owned and operated by the Brentwood Hutterite Colony located near Faulkton, SD., with almost all the work performed by colony members. We are unique and our customers love us because: -Our draftsman- Joel- will spend as much time as you need and make as many adjustments as you need to get the plan exactly how you want it. -If you find a plan you like better than what we offer as standard plans, we would be happy to use it and customize it to fit what you want. -We offer an interior design service that is free of charge to help with color and product selection- from flooring to cabinets to paint. DeAnn and her team are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. -Our homes are built entirely out of the weather in our temperature-controlled shop- this eliminates any issues that come with on-site construction or lot-built construction, such as water swelling the subfloor and mold and mildew growing in your home. -You will be involved as much or as little as you like in the entire process of construction- with free access to the construction managers so you can ask questions and make changes as things come up. We are a small, custom builder, so you won’t feel like a number in any part of the process- from design to delivery of the home. -With a couple exceptions, all work is performed by Hutterite Colony craftsmen, so you know you’ll be getting extremely high quality craftsmanship with fine attention to detail. All work is checked for quality before being delivered. -We offer turnkey solutions. If it’s needed, we can continue with onsite construction- garage, basement, site work, and all the subcontracting needed to complete the project. This allows you to rely on us for scheduling and quality control of on-site subcontractors- you know it’ll be done correctly, and schedules will be kept. -Our double-wall construction far exceeds building codes in terms of insulation factor and tightness of the home. We offer an energy-efficient product that is the best on the market, which keeps your energy bills lower than they would be with standard construction. -All the products we use in our homes have been researched by us to ensure our customers get the best the market has to offer- from framing all the way to finish products.
