Tony and Pro Refurbish Ltd were absolutely AMAZING! I now have an wonderful looking extension, the envy of my whole street! Not only was the work done to an incredibly high standard but the whole team went above and beyond to ensure that things went smoothly. If anyone is thinking of having an extension come and see what a brilliant job they can do! I now I have a large kitchen- Dining a study , lounge and bathroom with shower downstairs - all stunning. They work incredibly quickly and efficiently because they only work on one big job at a time and they ensured . I knew exactly what was happening each day so I felt part of the process but didn't make me feel stressed. Had a lovely lovely team of workers which were incredibly polite and extremely hard-working The whole process was teamwork regarding ideas and I learned heavily on their expertise which they were happy to share. They helped with picking up stuff and taking it back and with trade discounts. Brought in incredible specialist bricklayers, plasters,plumbers, carpenters and fitters. I actually miss them not being around now although it's great to being enjoying their craftsmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Tony

Tony and his team were simply amazing , Honest , incredibly hardworking , communicative , friendly and excellent quality! I had a full house renovation ( underpinning , roofing , plumbing , electrics new kitchen and bathroom replaster and redecoration … wooden floors etc ) . They worked incredibly hard pretty much 7 days a week to turn it round so quickly. They were friendly and efficient and had a very ‘can do’ attitude with everything. Tony communicates very well and manages the project ( minimising stress for me ) and his team are really diligent. The house is completely transformed and on time to schedule. Pro Refurbish Ltd did an amazing job of fitting the kitchen and Howden’s designer even commented on how good to work with he was. Ramon paintwork is a masterpiece too and the house is a totally different place! I can’t recommend these guys more highly and I will definitely be getting them back myself for any future work I need to do.

Loft conversion refurbishe

Tony - Pro Refurbish Ltd completed my Loft Dormer and En-suite bathroom . Amazingly the work started in late May 2023 and completed last month . The overall experience and result was in nothing short of impressive . Tony and his team completed the loft and bathroom to a high spec and work consistently , mainly focused on finishing, detail, and safety aspects of the Construction renovation . They have always been available for consultations to go through any concerns or issues. Pro Refurbish Ltd recommendations for fitted wardrobes, windows , Bathroom supplies etc were extremely helpful. Thank you Tony well done

We had a great experience working with Tony and his team ! We were a bit worried when it came the time to choosing a company to do the renovation for our house as we had heard horror stories from friends experience with building companies, but working with Tony was a very smooth process from the start. Tony was responsive throughout the 3 months we worked together, the team started working on the property on the date agreed, and were onsite everyday throughout the process to ensure the project was complete within the estimated time, which they did. The on-site team was very helpful and friendly and we felt we could trust them. Tony didn’t provide the cheapest quote but we had done our research and knew that was a realistic quote. We also felt like we built a good rapport with Tony upon the first meeting so decided to go with our instinct and I’m glad we did as not only the service was good, but the price didn’t deviate much from the estimated quote so there were no major surprises. Overall was a smooth process and we are very happy with the result. Thanks a lot for your great job Tony and Pro Refurbish Ltd team .

Highly dedicated and reliable company. The owner Tony shows a genuine passion for his job and he is always present in the different phases of the project. With his positive and amicable attitude he is proactive and ready to help when needed. Our loft conversion took three months from start to completion and has been a great success. We also had our house re-rendered and our front wall renovated. Highly recommended.

Definitely recommending to hire Tony from Pro Refurbish Ltd . It was the best choice i made. So difficult to pick but they are great They transform my flat (bathroom, kitchen, painting and flooring) into a gorgeous flat in 3-weeks). I can't be happier. They did it at a fair price, in short time scale and managed all problems swiftly and with a smile, making very sound recommendations. They went above and beyond, in many areas. They brought me solutions to everything even the most complicated issues (like the furnitures delivery arriving way earlier than expected). I met with six different builders to pick and there was something different about Pro Refurbish Ltd team , they took their time and look through the flat, patiently listened and took notes to make sure everything was clear Tony was kind, polite, patient and very responsive, and always available. He was very clearly explaining everything to me in a knowledgeable but non technical way. The interior designer who was helping on the project was also so impressed that she has requested his contact and so has my sister who works in real estate. The only thing i can say is thank you for the work Tony and Pro Refurbish Team

The building work commenced on the agreed date. The builders were reliable and attended everyday, they never went missing, we always had builders on site and the manager was always contactable, communication was good throughout. They tried their hardest to meet the needs of their client. Additional costs were discussed before commencing and always added by ourselves. The work was finished to a good standard and we would happily recommend Pro-Refurbish.

Loft extension

Tony and his team are THE most polite and considerate people to have working on a job when you are in situ whilst a job is going in. The attention to detail and care that is taken to make sure you are updated at each step is both refreshing and insightful, giving you opportunity to input to the build at each step. The team arrive promptly each day and before leaving, clear up and around the site meticulously, showing consideration for all concerned. Tony is calm, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in striving to achieve what is required, suggesting alternatives or advice when instances require. Would not hesitate to recommend..

Elton with his team did a fantastic job with soundproofing our living space and installing a new kitchen. They paid attention to detail, functionality, and aesthetics, making suggestions to improve our original plans along the way. Everyone in the team was polite and incredibly hard-working. I was very pleased with Elton work on our Double story Extension & Loft Conversion . His guys came when expected and were diligent, hard-working and sensitive to the fact this is a family filled house. The work was of a high standard with no attempts to cut corners and the end result was very good with a can-do attitude to a few small pieces of snagging at the end. Tony was easy to work with and responsive and straightforward in all communciations. I would recommend.
