Premier HCG

Premier HCG worked on several major remodeling projects in our home starting in January 2014 and extending through September 2014. Work was slow. We had issues with some of the work done, and the contractor was not always willing to address those issues. Now a year later, we have had to get repairs done on some of the work that was done last year and we are finding out that many, many things were done improperly. 1. He did not get permits for the work his people did and no inspections were done. 2. He did not provide a written, signed warranty which is required by Georgia law [Georgia Code Section 43-41-7 (the Written Warranty Act)]. He provided only a verbal warranty and it has turned out to be worthless. 3. We are fairly certain that some of the trades he used were not licensed (plumbing, HVAC, etc.). He never presented any evidence of licenses. We just had to have over $1000 worth of repair work done to fix only a small portion of what needs to be fixed (that the contractor did incorrectly). Please beware of using this contractor.
