I can highly recommend PTAH. From a timely response to my initial enquiry to the completed job. I wanted a window removed and replaced with a sliding door. Two very competent and efficient workmen with excellent work ethic. Very accommodating and easy going. Nothing was too much trouble. Work site was left clean and neat. We began making changes to our standard high-set house around 18 years ago. PTAH builders were a word-of-mouth recommendation when we wanted to put a centre opening window in a brick wall downstairs to increase light and ventilation. Since then we have always had our home improvements with PTAH builders. David and his son Andrew are tradesmen of high quality work, pleasant people to deal with, have excellent prices, and are very adaptable if a change is needed. We have continued on through the years from our window in downstairs brick wall, to a 4th bedroom with an ensuite and extended verandah that opened with a few steps onto a higher level of garden, to replacing a window with a sliding door. Our latest project, extending the front landing to make a safe and very user friendly front deck and stairs, was quickly started and completed. We now have complete sun and weather protection across our Northern wall giving us a cooler home with incredibly cool afternoon breezes. PTAH builders have transformed a house into our home. We highly recommend PTAH to anyone considering renovations.

P.T.A.H recently completed renovating two bathrooms in our home and additions to the facade to improve the appearance of the property. The work included demolition, carpentry, tiling, a new shower and toilet, plumbing, cabinetry and electrical work The house is a Queenslander originally built circa 1920. It was raised in the mid 1980's and the lower level was built by a former owner on a DIY basis. The standard of this work was poor and resulted in water leakage, a floor that did not fall to floor waste and rotting out of VJ's, weather boards and timber frames. The remedial and new work completed by David and Andrew was to a very high standard and the cost reasonable. Prior to this P.T.A.H had completed a major renovation of our daughters property which included raising, building in of the lower level, extensions and alterations to the roof line. The work undertaken was of a high standard with very good attention to detail. This led us to engaging P.T.A.H to carry out our bathroom renovations.

PTAH have done many projects for us over the last 24 years & in this time we have found David to be timely, always friendly , very professional & the quality of the work is always of the highest standard. Absolutely satisfied with David’s work. From the attention to detail in the quote process to the finished product. Had my bathroom totally renovated, which included adding a washing machine. David worked wonders with the tricky plumbing. He also was happy to add to the quote a few extra little jobs that were causing me stress and saved me a big headache. I class the service I received as ‘old fashioned service’, where a job was done properly, a slight deviation off track did not result in any difficulties, and problem solving was great. I totally recommend P.T.A.H.

David recently completed a major, twelve month long renovation of our home. We are very happy with the result. David and Andrew were always open to discussing the project at every stage.
