Over the the past 30 years our family has built 5 homes in the Comox Valley. We have experienced the worst builders imaginable and one good builder. Until we met Garry of Monterra West Homes we never would have recommended our previous builders. Garry was building a new home for one of our sons and we were literally shocked by his professionalism, courteous demeanor and knowledge of construction. Garry is easy to talk to; and he is honest. Honesty is a word not often associated with the building trade. All the people we worked with at Monterra possess integrity and strong moral principles. Garry is one of those few moral individuals left on the planet who believes his handshake is his word: and he stands by his word. Monterra completed our son's home on time and right on the $325,000 budget and to a level of craftsmanship that belied the cost. I was so impressed with Garry and Monterra staff, I hired Monterra to build a $700,000 + daycare. The daycare will be another review.
