We hired Michael and his team to build our garage suite. The overall cost was very reasonable compared to other builders. What we mostly appreciated about Michael is that he always listened to us and find ways to accommodate us. Not all builders are so flexible and attentive to their clients' needs. Michael was also responsive so that issues were solved quickly. He was almost everyday on site to check on the work and answered our questions. A very personable and humane builder, Michael came to the garage suite a couple of times after the project was completed to make sure everything was ok. Working with Michael was definitely a great experience and we are very happy with the final result.

We hired Michael Homes Inc for the insurance rebuild of our home lost in the Fort McMurray wildfire of 2016. Michael Homes Inc helped us redesign our home so that it had a better layout and a more modern appearance so it fit in with our rebuild neighborhood. Michael Homes inc personnel constantly visited our site during construction to ensure good quality and full compliance with the new building codes. Furthermore, they encouraged us to visit and inspect the site as often as we wished, and they were accommodating to most of our wishes. The result was that 7 months after the build began, we moved into a fine, modern, energy efficient home with virtually no deficiencies. One and a half years later, we are still very pleased with our new home. We recommend Michael Homes for quality, value and a building experience that was cooperative, friendly and educational.

Michael built an up/down duplex for me. There were no issues and any concerns I had during construction were dealt with fairly and professionally.

Micheal and his son Paul have been a saving grace for me after my home was destroyed by the wildfire. I never planned on building a new home and became overwhelmed from choosing a new design to the colours of the walls. What I really appreciate about working with Michael was that I was kept informed about ever detail as we progressed through the build. Before I met Micheal I was stressed with a lot of anxiety taking on such a big project.
