Martin Construction & Design, LLC has been in business since 1997 and is licensed in Residential and Commercial Building construction with several specialty licenses. MC&D is owned and operated by Kathy Martin. I'm a hands on owner that works closely with every client and has a keen eye for detail. I'd love to talk with you about your Home Remodel or New Build! I have a vast background as I've been in the construction industry since 1983, obtained a degree in Construction Management and have worked for architectural, engineering and construction firms before moving out on my own in 1997. We have an in-house Carpentry Staff who love to create and build! We actually own tools and equipment and self-perform many of the fine carpentry and architectural details in our homes.
