Linkpin Constructions is the brainchild of Perth construction Engineer, Paul Cotter. Paul started Linkpin 24 years ago to bring his engineering expertise to the Perth construction industry. Linkpin Constructions specialises in the more complex and technical structural endeavours including basement and cellar excavations and heritage listed building alterations. The Linkpin team is comprised of both inhouse tradesmen and subcontractors to ensure the perfect team for the job at hand. Our speciality here at Linkpin is to build to our customers plans and requirements to complete even the trickiest of jobs. Linkpin Constructions focusses on near city projects with suburbs including Mount Lawley, Mount Hawthorn, Perth, Subiaco, Leederville and Northbridge where block sizes are typically smaller and customers want to maximise their land potential.
