George Klimaitis is our builder. He has built TWO beautiful houses for us - one in 2003 and the latest one in 2020. When we decided to build again (which most people who build a house refuse to build again!), there was no question, we were going to have George bid on our (2nd) custom project. We were so impressed with our first experience with him, we really couldn't imagine working with anybody else. But we did our due diligence and had a few other builders give us a bid. They didn't instill the confidence in us like George did, however, and his bid was realistic and honest. Having worked with him in the past, we knew that there would be cost overages and such, so we took that into account. We broke ground in October 2019. Little did we know that Covid was going to be a part of our building (and supply) experience! George was able to work with his subcontractors and suppliers to get our house completed by December 2020! He anticipated delays with appliances and millwork and got our orders in early so that we were not too negatively affected by the delays that were caused by supply issues during Covid. George is wonderful to work with -- he's honest, responsive, and he builds high-quality homes... and he still checks in with us from time to time to see if there's anything that needs his attention. He takes pride in his work and it shows. We're not planning on building a 3rd time (as this is hopefully our forever home), but if we were, we'd be calling George. My husband and I bought a custom spec home from George Klimaitis. We fell in love with it when we walked through the door. We built two custom homes in the past and saw the quality in both the finishes and construction. George was very friendly and professional. George was easy to work with, he answered our questions and made a few changes that we asked for promptly and for a fair price. With a hand shake a deal was made. George built our house in 2019 and is now finishing the basement. He is very easy to work with. Very responsive and is always available for questions or concerns. He has a good relationship with his subcontractors who are all quality tradesmen and timely in their work. I appreciate the fact I can trust all of them and know the job will be done right! We purchased the model home from the builder George Klimaitis and not only did we love the home, but George was a great person to work with. He was so excited and proud of the homes he builds and that made us excited to get moved in. If we wanted to make any changes to our home he was always accommodating and was able to get us the information and pricing we needed.
