Poor communication and slow progress from the beginning. Plan changes were not made after discussions so the project did not turn out the way we wanted it. Then they abandoned the project.

They are knowledgeable, professional, and deliver more than expected as a design build contractor. I would recommend them to anyone that would be building a custom home.

I am currently working with this company to design and ultimately build my dream home. They are very professional and have gone out of their way to help make my house exactly what I want. I can't wait to see the finished product!!

HomeSource is currently building our house and we love them! The Courtneys have a great work ethic and have been awesome to work with. The quality of work we have seen is far above other home sites of other builders we have seen. You won't find any shoddy work on our house. Their patience and direction throughout the planning stages has really helped it all come together with all kinds of cool custom touches. The attention paid to us and our focus on detail has really helped with the stress of building a new house. I love that they have given us the freedom to pick out everything and allowing us to shop for items to help keep things under budget. They have been in business for a long time and I think this is because they are truly a builder that does things the right way in all aspects of the business. I would definitely recommend them and use them again! Great company and great people!

I have built 2 custom homes with HomeSource and will be planning a 3rd one soon!
