We have known Don Hager since 1989. He was previously our project manager when we built our 5400 square foot home that we moved into in 1990. More recently, Hager Developments has been involved in the renovation of our townhouse that we purchased when we downsized in 2004. These renovations which occurred in 2004, 2010 and 2015 involved structural changes, changes to the flooring and ceilings, complete overhaul of the two bedrooms and three bathrooms and a number of finishing touches to all rooms within the townhouse. We are currently looking at doing a kitchen renovation utilizing this same company. Our experience with the Hagers has been excellent. They have met and exceeded our expectations. They are knowledgeable and professional. We are pleased with the quality of their workmanship and excellence of their trades. Hager Developments completed our various projects on time and on budget. We are pleased to recommend Hager Developments to anyone looking for a high quality contractor.

While renovating our kitchen and bathroom we experienced a high level of experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and individualized work from Don, Jaime and their team. We were extremely pleased with Hagar Developments on our recent renovation. They offered personable and excellent service from the start of the tear down to the final details. We were impressed with the quality of workmanship and professionalism with their trades. Kept the worksite clean and accessible to us at all times. Don and Jaime worked with us to achieve our vision of what we wanted and used their expertise in guiding us through the process. The project was done on schedule. The after service care has been exceptional. We highly recommend Hagar Developments and would use them again.

Hager Developments transformed our home! As part of our renovation we had them take the main floor of our 30 year old home down to studs and they removed a load bearing wall. They installed a 23 foot beam, moved plumbing, heating, electrical, installed new cabinets, granite, and flooring. They did an amazing job! Everything was done on time and on budget. All of their trades were very professional and became part of the family while they were in our home. We continue to recommend Hager Developments to friends and family and we are now planning our next job with them. They made our renovation go as smoothly as possible and we look forward to working with them again.

Highly recommend Hager Developments. We did a complete renovation of kitchen family room two bathrooms and dining room. New cabinetry, new flooring, new ceiling , new electrical, new drywall and all new painting. The project was started in January and completed in April. The trades were outstanding and the supervision excellent. I love the space and the experience of working with Don Hager and Company.

We have been clients of Hager Developments (Don and Jaime) for many years, and they have done multiple projects for us, including a number of house renovations, and then a complete gutting and rebuild of a high rise condominium on the river bank. It is fair to say that we know each other well. They are the most honest, dependable, professional people that you will find. They know their strengths and weaknesses, and never over promise or fail to complete a project. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality, workmanship and attention to detail, which I think sets them apart from others. Our latest project with them, our high rise condo rebuild, is absolutely spectacular - photos of it are on their segment of this web site.
