The guys were professional and work was done to high standards. Our extension was completely refurbished while changing the downstairs to an open-plan set up with a new kitchen. The project was within the quote and time projected.

Ralph and team were excellent from the moment we started initial discussions with them until the end of the project. The team, made up also of Patrick, Wesley and Robert were extremely knowledgeable about the work they were performing making both performance enhancing and cost saving suggestions along the way. I had very little knowledge of the building trade and the team were always on hand to answer my questions and explain each step of work. Would highly recommend the work they have done for me in turning our three bed property into a five bedroom property with extended kitchen / dining area. They completed the first and second fix with full decorating services to out specification. All 4 bathrooms in the property were redone with new plumbing, fixtures and fittings. They had to deal with complex ground conditions which added additional time to the build but all was explained clearly and in the end we came in on budget thanks to cost effective solutions offered by the team. I cannot recommend Ralph, Patrick, Wesley, Robert and the crew highly enough.

DPS were superb from start to finish. They were hired to build a single storey rear extension in North London including a new kitchen and bathroom fit. I met Ralph on site along with a number of other builders, Ralph was highly knowledgeable and clearly explained what was required with practical solutions. DPS clearly scoped out the timeline and cost for each stage of the build and kept to this. They completed several agreed extras throughout the job. Communication with Ralph and the whole DPS team was first class throughout. I own a number of rental properties and can comfortably say DPS are the best builders I've dealt with, I cannot recommend them highly enough, they will be my first port of call for future work

They have just undertaken a first floor dormer extension with en-suite. I can highly recommend Ralph and the Team. Following a site visit, we were promptly provided with a detailed quote and works programme, along with the offer of support for Building Control. Communication was regular and good. We were impressed with the guys work ethic and long days, they were very tidy and respectful. Happy with the workmanship and the overall job is exactly what we wanted and on time and budget.

We can not praise DPS enough. We interviewed 5 building contractors and we had a good feeling about DPS. Ralph was able to talk through the process in great detail and gave us an in-depth breakdown of the quote to see where exactly the our money was going. They have been brilliant through the whole process and really helpful as we have never had an extension of this size. We got a 6 metre rear extension with a split level. Really well priced and a good bunch of guys. Even helped us to save money on building regulations and a construction engineer. There are a lot of cowboys out there but I can assure you that these guys are the real deal. Honest, respectful and professional.

Ralph visited to quote for refurbishment of our 4 bed house. He has gone through everything with us, outlined everything that will be needed from us. After a couple of days DPS issued a clear professional price list and timeline chart. Ralph informed us about everything that was to be carried out each week. His workers always turned up on time in the mornings and left the house clean. We thank Ralph and his team, they were all working fast, clean and very professional. Thank you for the great job you have done for us.
