Bruce's accomplishments in construction can be seen all over the GTA from custom homes in Oakville to fine detailed interior trim done in some of Canada's most well known retail shops. All of our team members are licensed carpenters. Global Custom Design and Build values the art in construction and believes that creativity is a vital piece of every project. We keep all of our trades in-house and as a result can do everything from pouring the concrete for a foundation to framing, finishing and painting your custom home or remodel. I am currently building the 1st shipping container home in Toronto. It’s a very complex addition that requires knowledge of several different forms of construction. I hired Bruce’s company to build the 3rd floor addition. It was the best decision that I’ve made thus far. Thank my brother.

Their attention to detail was second to none and were always willing to discuss alternatives as we brought them forward. Adhering to code was never a concern, and more importantly, never a delay to the project. The team was also very professional around my young kids and kept the site clean at the end of each day. In addition, they have also followed up to ensure their craftsmanship is holding up, and to make any adjustments where necessary.

The overall craftsmanship and attention to details are top notch. Bruce, the owner, and general contractor also shows up on the job site to do much of the work like the rest of the crew so you know you're not paying for a lot of extra overhead. I think Bruce is fair in his pricing and one of the best attributes is he always returns emails and phone calls quickly! There's no problem getting a hold of him and he's passionate about the vision. He cares and that goes a long way. Project took longer than anticipated but ultimately stayed to budget.

Bruce and his team did a great job on our renovation! We had to deal with less than ideal weather, and some unforeseen circumstances with the house, but both were deal with efficiency and fairly.
