My wife and I were first time builders and were very pleased in working with Jeremy on building our dream home. We found him very easy going and has great ideas in building from start to finish. He had already built several homes in our little subdivision so that was very helpful in guiding us through the different stages of the build. He stands behind his work and very responsive to the questions we had during the whole process. We will most definitely use Jeremy Evermon Homes again on our next home or remodeling job.

Jeremy tries so very hard to make sure that every detail of his work pleases the owner! He did a master bedroom addition for us several years ago. It came out exactly what we wanted and on budget. Then our daughter hired him to completely demolish and remodel one side of her house including kitchen, laundry and mud room. She is thrilled with how it came out. Now he is just about finished building a new home for us. He and his designer, Brittany, are just the best. Dedicated, professional, attentive, focused, and an excellent advocate in your corner when you build a home with Jeremy Evermon Custom Homes. We used Jeremy to build our dream home about 7 years ago. We heard many nightmare stories from people who had built a custom home, so we decided to perform a thorough due diligence before hiring anyone. First, we called and interviewed some of Evermon's former clients. They ALL loved him and his work (even many years after their home was built). Second, we visited some of the homes he built and discussed with his former and current clients on accessibility to Jeremy during the build process. They all stated he was readily available. After a couple of conversations with Jeremy, we were convinced he was the one. The building process was smooth, organized, and built "exactly" to our dream home desires. Along the way, we decided to modify a few items, Jeremy happily made those changes without fees (unless more material was needed). Almost 7 years later, we decided to build a pool house: The only builder for us is Jeremy Evermon. The pool house is gorgeous thanks to Jeremy.

We truly enjoyed working with Jeremy. He was able to help us visualize options and make the many decisions required for our large remodel project (most of first floor including kitchen, laundry, family room and formal living/dining). This was a four-month project in 2017 and we have been very happy with the results. We will call on Evermon again when we are ready to tackle the bathrooms!

Jeremy is very detailed oriented and is a great partner in the process. I cannot recommend highly enough. We are thankful Jeremy, Mark and their team built our home. Great communication, dependability and integrity - what else can you ask for!

Jeremy was very easy to work with, and listened well to understand the wants and needs of building our house. He followed up to ensure we were happy with the work through out the process. Lindsey, his decorative consultant, was very helpful and creative in helping to pull all of our decorative needs together. Mark, his project manager, was there to ensure the contractors were doing what they needed to do, and to ensure progress was made on a daily basis. We never had problems with any of the vendors or contractors he recommended or used. Jeremy is a builder that has the utmost honesty and integrity. He was very up front with his costs, and took into account our budget. When we first discussed our house, he estimated the costs using average quality materials, but let us know where we could be flexible on our decisions, depending on the quality of the materials we chose. Our project was the third house built or remodeled for our extended family, and we all enjoyed the end products.
