Discovery Building Contractors Pty Ltd began as a residential construction company in 2002 and although a relatively young company, Director and founder Rowan Wright has had over 25 years experience in the industry, beginning with an apprenticeship as a carpenter in Victoria. Rowan moved up to the Gold Coast in the late eighties and after working for various quality building companies and gaining vital experience decided to head to college to gain his Building Licence with the vision of starting Discovery Building Contractors Pty Ltd. Over the years Discovery Building Contractors has built up quite a repertoire of quality homes and extensive renovations constructed with many more sure to be added. Being a small boutique building company, we like to keep the builder/client relationship very personal and encourage our clients to have a strong input into their project. Clients deal directly with Rowan on all matters from start to finish so there are no dealings with supervisors to confuse things. We offer a range of services including new homes, renovations, extensions and house and land packages, whether you come to us with your plans or we can offer access to a number of local talented building designers who we use regularly. We only use quality trades people, many of whom have been with the company since the beginning and all are BSA Licenced. Discovery Building Contractors Pty Ltd have won both Regional and State Building Awards and have been a member of the Master Builders Association for over 10 years with which Discovery Building Contractors Pty Ltd has only had a positive rapport.
