Casita Builders was founded in 2009 by Steve Myers. Casita Builders is a custom home builder with 20 years of experience that specializes in luxury home building, remodeling and additions. We pride ourselves on being a small company and having been responsible for building some of the finest homes in the Valley. In a referral based industry high ethical standards and genuine pride in our level of workmanship are key to the formation of lasting relationships with our clients. We would like to begin your project as early as possible. We have been involved in helping our clients with land or home purchases. We then start the preliminary concept design and initial budget, leading to construction plans and permits. We work with many banks for construction financing and have a strong alliance with contractors and suppliers to give you the best value for your investment. Every activity of the project will be inspected by the owner, as a Construction Engineering graduate from Arizona State University and graduate in Home Inspections from the Arizona School of Real Estate, he personally puts his stamp of approval on every project. About Steve Myers: Steve graduated with a degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University in 1999. From there he worked for two of the premier home builders in Arizona, Cachet Homes and Toll Brothers, where he perfected his skills in luxury home building for 10 years as a Superintendent and Project Manager. He worked for several years overseeing the infrastructure work for large developments where he was able to utilize his education in Engineering. As a builder he was fortunate to learn all aspects of construction. During these years he developed a team of collaborators within the construction community of Real Estate, Design, Municipal, Contractors and Industry Leaders that proved to be instrumental with the success of Casita Builders. Casita builders is a custom home builder that has built some of the finest homes in the valley. Because we are a fee based company, we pass on the value of this onto our customers. We pride ourselves in carrying out a simple, streamlined home building process, and are experts in tear-downs and re-zoning in the city of Phoenix.
