In 2018, I purchased a home built by BGT Construction. I give them 2 stars for the design of the home. Beyond that, I fully regret my purchase. I've had several issues that simply should not occur in luxury construction or should have been quickly resolved by the builder when they did occur. - My inspector found the electrical panel was not to code. BGT tried to convince me otherwise. There were months of back-and-forth before it was replaced. - Every GFCI in the home would trip, leaving my doorbell, garage opener, etc. randomly inoperable until I manually reset them all. My inspector and I found GFCIs that were missing or outdated, one of which had sparked inside the wall. - Running hot water causes loud noises in the plumbing. My outside contractor determined this was due to poor installation. - Flooring throughout the house was improperly installed causing random humps in wood floor and cracked/loose tiles. - Doors installed in the home are warped from improper storage during construction.

I‘m picky. It’s important for me that things are done right and that is especially true when it comes to my house! So when we were looking to build our new house, I was already feeling sorry for the builders and the GC that were going to get to work with me on this project. To my very pleasant surprise I met my match. BGT was even more particular about their work and they were always a step ahead of me and making sure my expectations were met or exceeded. The excellent craftmanship of the cabinetry, the precision of the painting, and superior quality of the materials they used left me quite impressed and it clearly demonstrated the pride they have in their work. The finished product is a beautiful, well-constructed quality home that I love to live in!

We cannot say enough good things about Franck Boursier of BGT Construction. Earlier this year we purchased a townhome that Franck remodeled from the ground up. His attention to detail is amazing, and the house is filled with all kinds of unique features. The kitchen is probably the centerpiece, with high end fixtures we'd never have included were we making selections ourselves. But to say the kitchen is the focus would be to ignore everything else, from the massive living room to the 500 bottle wine cellar Franck designed himself to the enormous master suite (including separate his and hers master bathrooms). More importantly, Franck has been a pleasure to work with. Every new home has issues that crop up and Franck could not be more amiable or responsive as they've arisen. He stands behind his work and has been more than accommodating in addressing the issues that have come up. He is truly a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him and his company.

BGT Construction helped build our custom designed home. They were a partner through the entire process. Franck (the point person) made the process very easy. From working with the bank, the development of floor plans, permitting, selection of materials and fixtures, staying on budget, to the construction and inspection during construction. He was very fair and open with us. We were happy with him, his crew and the quality of the work done. He has remedied items brought up that needed attention prior to and after moving in. We were happy with the house after completion and still happy with the house three years later. If I were to build a new house again, I wouldn’t think twice about using BGT Construction.

Great service, honest people. I used BGT for my home, and they have exceeded my expectations. Price wise, they beat their competitors. Also, unlike many contractors, you actually get to talk to the owners one on one (not through a middle man). Moreover, they are there past the project for customer service if you ever run into any issues down the road once the house is done. I highly recommend them!!!

BGT construction helped us draw and build our custom home. We had a very precise idea of our dream house and Franck made the plans and managed the project from A to Z. This was a life saver to have one project manager who cared of quality work, and guided us, telling us what was possible, was is more efficient and cost savings. When Franck was out of town, his partner Tony replaced him so we always had someone to work with us. Construction went pretty smooth, all problems got solved diligently. We finished 2 months ahead of schedule. We also saved $50K compared to initial budget, sweet! After living in the house for 4 months, we asked for some touch-ups: paint, floors... They all came back to finish our punch list. We will build again with BGT and highly recommend them to our friends.
