Being landlords ourselves and working in the property management business for large agencies in the last 10 years, studying the market, listening to tenants and other landlords, we realised that in recent years something was going wrong. We realised that more and more customers were being lost in the fog of email trails, call centres and high staff turnover. This in turn was damaging customer understanding, customer service and ultimately disconnecting the agent with their client. We realised there was a growing mistrust from landlords and tenant's alike towards estate agencies because of non-transparency, both financially and informational. We realised that what mattered most to landlords and tenants was simple communication. To know that the person on the end of the phone knows you, your property and your concerns. We realised something had to change... Whilst we know that growth is good we believe that it is paramount to ensure that the primary objective in property management is to keep your customer happy, maintaining a straightforward, tailored service whilst being available, reliable, transparent and trustworthy. We believe in pledging to our customers we will not charge hidden commissions on any aspect of your service, we will not stop listening to our customers and their needs, we will nurture tenancies, encouraging longevity whilst safeguarding your investment.
