Trinita Ashford began a career in real estate in 2008 shortly after ending a 10 year career at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She worked in the School of Public Health, Department of Preventive Medicine and the final 6 years she worked in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the UAB School of Medicine. She was the Deputy Director of Smoke Free Families National Program — a $20 million national program of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Trinita studied abroad for two years at the University of Maryland in Munich Germany. She also attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and received her Bachelor’s in Health Education and her Master of Public Health.
