If you are looking for MORE than a realtor than look no further than the Paula Hinegardner Group! I cannot say enough about our incredible experience we had with Paula and her team. Everyone knows moving is a lot! Looking to relocate out of state adds a lot of stress. Finding Paula was a blessing to our family and instrumental in our move from CA to TN. There are so many factors and variables involved in moving and finding the right area and home for your family. Paula takes the stress out of it by managing all aspects of your sale and purchase; ensuring she is always accessible for you. Paula takes the game to the next level with her all in one package, concierge services, setting you up for success. She is a total advocate for you and your wants without you having to lift a finger. Paula is truly exceptional. She hustled for us and handled all matters in finding us a perfect home, securing the deal, ensuring a smooth sale, and helping oversee our home until we moved here. She is so connected in the community and knowledgeable in services and facilitated so many avenues for us. Paula is one of the best in the business and there is no other person I trust to sell or buy a home with other than Paula. She is incredible! I am so grateful to have found such an amazing realtor, and friend, who has made this such an amazing and easy experience that exceeded all of my expectations!

Paula is the most knowledgeable and professional real estate agent that I have ever worked with. She did an amazing job in finding us our perfect home, as well as selling our old home before it was listed! Paula did a great job helping us determine what to offer in this crazy market where the home we wanted to purchase already had two other offers. Her attention to detail throughout the entire process was great. She made both transactions much easier then any other agent I had used previously. I highly recommend Paula to all of my friends.

We worked with Paula for about a year during our home building process. She is very difficult to get a hold of! For about three or four months during the process I couldn’t get in touch with her at all even though I tried many times. As we neared the end of the building process she did get more involved but was too busy to come with us to our final walk through with the builder. She met us the following day alone and acted like our house was just “builder’s grade” and not worth her time. On closing day I expected her to be at that final walkthrough prior to signing but she did not show. We headed over to the title company for our closing and Paula was not there either. She did not tell us that she would not be there or what to expect. As this was our first home buying experience we would have felt more comfortable having our agent there. After closing to this date I have not heard from her regarding how everything went or a simple thanks for using her. NOTHING! I contacted her a few times since and nothing has come from it. I’m not sure who she is serving but it was not us. When I would try to call her during our year process she would either not answer or give an excuse that she was busy “going to a closing for another client” and couldn’t talk. That made the fact that she did not come to my closing that much more insulting.
