Your Property Is My “Home” Work! In addition to being a real estate broker, I consider myself an educator. I cannot overemphasize the importance of keeping my clients and customers well-informed so that they can make the best decisions possible. Understanding the process of buying and selling a home can reduce stress and make your experience enjoyable. I am a graduate of Fordham University with a degree in economics. Shortly after graduating, I settled in Boston to work for a major financial services company in their trading operations and accounting departments focusing on high-net-worth clients. My wife and I decided to settle in North Carolina and try our hand at entrepreneurship. I have a vast array of business and finance experience in addition to my previous 17 years as a real estate investor in the U.S. and Canada. This includes time as a broker/REALTOR® in Massachusetts. While investing in real estate, I also started and operated a successful landscaping business servicing the Lake Norman area. Though my days as a landscaping business owner are behind me. They provided a training ground where I could hone my skills in order to become a full-time, full-service real estate broker.
