Rick enjoyed a successful 5-year career as a Civil Engineer in the land development field, until the jump into Real Estate to satisfy his entrepreneurial yearning. He obtained his real estate license in 1986 and joined RE/MAX Realty Group in 1988. Rick attributes much of his success to his attention to detail and the ability to develop a good working rapport with nearly everyone. He finds that doing it right the first time eliminates the problems and conflicts that can plague real estate transactions. He does this by assembling a team of like-minded, service-oriented people who share his passion for making dreams come true.
