Christine Stiphany began her real estate career in 1997 with EWM Realtors, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway and an exclusive affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate. Practically a native to South Florida, her knowledge of Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach and their surrounding areas allows her to work with a wide range of residential and commercial properties. As a member of the prestigious EWM Diamond Level Chairman's Club and Master Broker's Forum, consistently posting sales that place her in the top ½ of 1% of agents nationwide, Christine has received the coveted CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist), the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, held by only 3% of all Realtors in the country. Along with her husband, she is a long time resident of Palmetto Bay and has four grown children. Ashley, the elder daughter, is a licensed Realtor and works closely with Christine and Realtor Angie Mase.
