Nitin is amazing at what he does. I recently had the pleasure of working with him and as my agent, he really just checks off all the boxes for me. He was responsive, detail-oriented and his expertise in the DFW geographic area is outstanding and was instrumental in helping us close our home. Coming from the Bay Area, our knowledge on the local markets was pretty limited and add to the fact we had so many requirements on our home, it was immensely helpful we had Nitin to help us navigate the home buying process in an extremely smooth manner. I had worked with other agents prior to Nitin, but none of them were able to provide the level of service I received from him as an agent. He has a great relationship with builders, always checks in regularly and always gave great advice. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

Faced with a gut wrenching decision to list a brand new property we went with a trusted referral to list with Nitin. All of our fears disappeared as we found ourselves in the hands of a complete professional. It took me a while to submit this review due to some technical glitches on my part but it doesn’t diminish the joy and satisfaction in finding a RealEstate partner and professional like Nitin. We moved to Dallas a few years ago and were looking to buy our first home. One of the primary apprehensions associated with first time home buying is lack of familiarity with the overall process. We were looking for a good realtor and Nitin was recommended by one of our close friends. We talked to Nitin and felt that he is the right person to help us with our home buying process. My wife and I were first time home buyers and we did not know what to expect through the home buying process. We didn’t want to settle for just any house and did not want to work with someone that was there to simply make a quick sale but someone that was knowledgeable and informative. We watched quite a few YouTube videos of realtors and contacted a handful on the phone. We came across videos that Nitin had made. Right before we were about to close on our new home, he recommend movers, and after we moved in he told us general housekeeping stuff to better look after the house and even gave us a list of contractors we could use to modify the house to our liking. He checks up on us weeks after closing to make sure we are doing okay and makes himself available for any questions we may have. We could not have asked for a better experience. We have been watching youtube videos of new construction home tours by Nitin in DFW area and found Nitin very knowledgable in this area.In this current market we were worried if we would get the house because of multiple offer situation. Nitin communicated well with the sellers agent and helped us make the right offer that the sellers would accept. Nitin will be on top of the things through out the buying process until closing.
