National Realty

I am currently a Realtor with National Realty and specialize in assisting clients with residential real estate transactions. I pride myself on making the process of buying or selling a home as stress free and easy as possible for my clients. For listings I research and handle marketing and advertising of the home and organize open houses and showings. I research where the buyers most likely are coming from and focus on bringing those buyers to the home. Once a contract is received I review the contracts, present them to my seller and explain the contract from top to bottom. I work closely with my buyers to determine what type, style and amenities they are looking for in a home in the location they desire. It doesn’t matter to me if we look at one home or one hundred to find the perfect home. In the end all that matters to me is that I assist my clients to find the best home possible at the best price. Once we find that home I assist my client in preparing an offer and provide market data to my client so they have the information they need to make an informed offer. I also manage the day to day operations of Just Home Appraisals which allows me to stay up to date on local markets. I have experience in managing home renovation projects and handling interior design choices. I am a member of the Carroll County Association of Realtors and I take my designation as a Realtor very seriously.
