Education and Background Melissa attended the University of Colorado-Boulder where she majored in Communication. While at CU, she spent eight months abroad on Australia’s Gold Coast studying International Business at Griffith University. Experience Upon graduation, Melissa relocated to San Diego and began working in Commercial Real Estate. Her career path led her from San Diego to Chicago and then, ultimately, to Seattle. Melissa spent ten years deeply engrained in the Seattle technology industry focusing on business development, marketing project management and team management where she led dozens of large-scale content development projects for top-tier clients including Microsoft, SAP, Dell, Amazon and Yahoo. She was drawn back to real estate where she is able to combine her passion for cultivating client relationships with her business rigor, marketing and negotiation expertise. She has lived in Seattle and on the Eastside and is very knowledgeable about many areas of our greater metropolitan area. Commitment to Clients Clients love Melissa’s knowledge of neighborhoods.
