My name is Lindsey Rice and I am one of the most enthusiastic, consistent, and analytical Real Estate Brokers you will meet. I pride myself by making my work to be in keeping with my purpose, which is serving my community. I love to help people, and ultimately this has become my driving force. I received a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts majoring in Interior Design/Architecture, and I use this plethora of knowledge on a daily basis to help people along in the process of buying a home or selling their home. In creating everlasting relationships, I have found a level of fulfillment that motivates me to help educate others in reaching their real estate goals. Not only do I love to help educate people with their real estate needs, I am also part of AASI as a Level 2 instructor for snowboarders of all ages. There is an overpowering drive within me to coach a sport that will test an individuals ambition and will also help to evaluate ones own strengths and weaknesses. I strongly believe that in these defining moments that its most crucial to have a coach to inspire the self development that one obtains when he/she pushes through the through the ice again and again. This is where is find my strength, my courage, and principles that define me. My parents once told me to "blaze my own trail", "make the right decision," and then they showed me what unconditional means. In blending these statements and actions, I have determined a long term goal that will keep satisfying my hunger. My dad and I will begin to create a sustainable practice to preserve and restore homes. Together we will build sturdy foundations while preserving our resources, we will become leaders in energy and environmental design, and in turn we will help others to see a vision of what one can attain when you simply put your mind to it, however it is my ultimate dream to preserve our home, Mother Nature.
