Our fees are very straightforward for property purchase searches:
£500 instruction fee plus:
A success-only fee is due on the exchange of contracts which is the higher of either:
A) 1.5% of the purchase price agreed in the exchange of contracts.
or
B) 15% of the difference between the advertised listed price of a property and the eventual negotiated purchase price listed in the exchange of contracts.
