Caroline Gosselin is the head of The Gosselin Group at Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. She is a marketing aficionado, a skilled negotiator and a creative problem solver. Caroline is known for being fast-paced, innovative, highly knowledgeable and professional. In an industry that was shaken by the subprime mortgage crisis, she has built a thriving business. Caroline is a driven leader who has grown her real estate business from a one-woman operation to a skilled and collaborative team. Caroline is a consistent top producer, having successfully negotiated over 28 million dollars’ worth of residential real estate transactions to date. Her local business community presented her with the Mover and Shaker of the Year Award in 2011. Caroline has won several industry awards as well, including the New Jersey Association of Realtors’ Circle of Excellence Award in 2011, 2012 and 2013 and the Five Star Real Estate Agent Award in 2014 and 2015 – placing her in the top 7% of residential real estate practitioners in the state. She has been quoted in the Star Ledger, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. She keeps ahead of the curve by attending national real estate and technology conferences on a regular basis in order to deliver the best service to her clients. Caroline volunteers for her local realtor board (NCJAR) and served as a board member of her local Chamber of Commerce from 2009-2014. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and one of the few New Jersey members of the distinguished International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI). Caroline is a big supporter of women entrepreneurs and in 2009, she co-founded and led the local (SO/MA) chapter of the national women’s business networking group called B.I.G. In 2014, Caroline was selected as one of the Top 150 New Jersey Leading Women Entrepreneurs, as featured in New Jersey Monthly magazine. Other outside interests include volunteering for the PTA at her son’s school, spending time with family and friends, cooking and traveling. Caroline has lived and travelled internationally, speaks fluent French and is highly proficient in Spanish.
