We had been trying to sell our property in Charleston on and off for over 6 years. Once we started working with Stephanie everything moved so quickly. She is so professional and capable and incredibly friendly as well. She always got back to me immediately when I called or emailed and I often felt like I was her only client even though I knew she was busy with many listings. We had a unique situation where my husband was deployed and it made the closing that much more complicated but she worked with lawyers and helped us get an emergency power of attorney and everything taken care of before the desired closing date. She handled everything so I could just relax and cross my fingers! We even ended up getting more than we thought we would for the house. I could not have been happier with her service.

Ms. Wilson-Hartzog was extremely patient as we were attempting to purchase property 350 miles from our primary residence. We were only able to visit Charleston once every 4-6 weeks and not at all during the holidays. After showing us the area a few times, she was able to pick up on our preferences and price range and tailored future showings in the Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes area. Once we made an offer, Stephanie negotiated on our behalf, attended the inspections and re-inspections in our absence and also attended the closing. We felt well represented and would be happy to recommend her services.

Stephanie Wilson-Hartzog came into my life in 2007 when I started considering relocating to Charleston, SC. I contacted her through email (along with others) but it was her love for Charleston that made me pick her. She drove my son and I to different new home sites as I had requested and we fell in love with Charleston and a house in Myers Mill. I went back to Miami and Stephanie looked over the construction of my house and gave me weekly reports. I gave her power of attorned and when the house was completed she even did the closing for me and mailed me the keys to the house. I have never met anyone as professional and dedicated to her work as Stephanie. I am deeply in debt to her for all she did for us. I will alway recommend her to anyone I hear metion they're looking for a realtor. My thanks to Stephanie forever for her love and assistance.

Stephanie accommodated us by being flexible as we were traveling from another state. She took her entire weekend to show us homes that matched our wants/ needs and kept us focused. Ultimately, we found a house in a perfect location and wonderful neighborhood. She was professional and friendly and, most importantly, got the job done!

My husband and I live in France, and when we decided to purchase a home in Charleston, S.C., we knew we needed a well connected, well organized realtor to work on our behalf. as many of the related tasks would be done by phone and email. We were quite fortunate to find Stephanie, as she proved to be the perfect solution. We breezed into Charleston from our transatlantic flight and Stephanie picked us up and showed us a number of properties until we selected the one that seemed just right to us. Once we selected the property, Stephanie worked quickly to help us execute the purchase agreement, find a mortgage lender and then complete a lawyer proxy so the sale could be executed while we were in France. All of this was done within a space of two to three days! Needless to say, we were quite pleased. Finally, Stephanie also provided us with the option for her company to manage our property, as we would be renting it until we moved back to the United States. And the icing on the cake? We closed on the property at the end of June and we had a renter beginning July 1, thanks to Stephanie's tireless work. She has our highest recommendation.

Stephanie is an amazing realtor! Not only did she go above and beyond helping us find our home 5 years ago, she is kind enough to take us to see properties which we may be interested in in the future. She is patient and diligent, and very much "on your side"--we had a mishap of sorts after closing; the sellers were responsible for refinishing the floors prior to our move-in. The floors were refinished, but the toe-molding was removed but not replaced. The sellers refused to help and Stephanie ended up arranging for the replacement herslef (out of her own pocket). Not a lot of realtors would do that. We most enjoyed using her services the first time, and we will absolutely benefit from her expertise again, the next time we decide to sell or buy. Can't say enough good things! Stephanie is fabulous!
