Coming from a family of Real Estate Brokers, I have seen the business long before the "boom" years. Being a good Broker means that you're able to give your clients the big picture. I provide my clients with the most up to date information and market statistics without making false or misleading promises. My job is to inform, not to pressure. Because my job doesn't end when I hand off the keys. I want to be there for all of my client's real estate needs. This is a relationship built on trust and results. My top priority is ensuring expectations are met. Working with Buyers When I first meet with a buyer, I get a detailed view on what type of home and neighborhood they are looking for. After our first meeting, we spend a day together looking at properties so I can fine-tune my assessment of what that particular buyer is drawn to. Buying a home is much more than a list of must haves. Every buyer has a certain aesthetic or vision that I need to understand. My love of design has helped me understand how passionate people are about the details. Finding the ideal setting or brainstorming how to transform a space to better fit a client's needs is the art in my job. The best part of my day is when I can help paint the picture! The most important thing is that my clients feel comfortable with the house they purchase. I want to take as much time as needed to explore price points, styles of homes and neighborhoods so the final outcome feels like a well educated one. Working with Sellers Most importantly, let's sell your home for market value quickly with the least stress possible. How do we do that? It's all in the preparation. I meet with my clients weeks or months before we list the property to start the process. I help my clients transform or improve their home to get it show ready. The goal is to make the house show beautifully in person and online. My listing presentation gives clients a thorough outlook on the condition of the real estate market in their particular neighborhood. My analysis involves comparing similar properties, making adjustments for the differences among them, tracking market movements and taking stock of present inventory.
