Andrea K. Shilston/Kaiser Sotheby's Int. Realty

Born and raised in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Andrea is one of the few that can lay claim to the title as a native of this coastal community. Growing up in the vacation rental, property management and real estate sales business (her father is Leonard Kaiser, founder of Kaiser Realty, Inc. and now Kaiser Real Estate Sales, Inc.) gives Andrea a unique insight into all aspects of coastal property. In August of 2000 Andrea received her BS in Finance from Auburn University and returned to the beautiful Gulf coast to begin her career at Kaiser Realty, Inc. in the accounting department. For several years she was involved in multiple areas of the business including Human Resources, Association Management, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Later Andrea took the opportunity to broaden her knowledge on the subject of real estate and work as a closing coordinator for a local title and escrow company. That unique experience of facilitating the closing of 100+ real estate transaction a year enticed her to begin a career in real estate sales with a whole new set of tools to expertly assist buyers and sellers with their investment. “I learned how to get the deal closed,” says Andrea in reference to the dynamics of a real estate transaction an agent must be meticulous, proactive and most importantly communicate with all parties involved in a timely manor. Andrea married Jim Shilston, III in 2005 and began her career in sales at Kaiser Realty. Now living in Fairhope, AL with Jim and their two daughters, which are 5 & 7 years old, Andrea continues to love the real estate sales business and has broadened her servicing area to include Fairhope and most of the Eastern Shore. With enthusiasm and a broad spectrum of knowledge she is able to provide excellent customer service to all buyers and sellers no matter their level of experience in selling or purchasing real estate. “I want each person to feel secure knowing that their interests are kept in the utmost position and they share with others their positive experience working with me as their agent and friend.
