I interviewed several agents when deciding who to trust the sale of my house to. I chose Alex due to his reputation as well as the answers he provided to some tough questions I sent his way. I told him I wanted someone who was going to communicate effectively and negotiate on my behalf. He delivered on that and much more. We listed in November and sold in January (not the greatest time of year to sell). We also had multiple offers. He guided us through those offers and did indeed negotiate on our behalf. Thanks for all your work Alex!! Will definitely use him again should the need arise!!

Alex isn’t perfect – but he’s pretty darn close, and he has earned my highest recommendation. He gave me great advice about staging my home and he had a very professional virtual tour made of my house and grounds. His plan of action to get your home sold, works. Result: I had a contract pending on the house in just four days, and at several thousand dollars above the asking price. It didn’t stop there, though. In the negotiation phase, Alex provided more great advice – saving me an additional three hundred dollars that I had been willing to concede. That’s not to say that everything went perfectly – but when things seemed from my perspective to get a little sticky, Alex calmed me down. He was right. It all worked out. You cannot make a better choice than to select Alex Glaser and the Glaser Group to sell your property.

Alex was a great realtor. he helped me pick out the right house and gave honest opinions about potential problems or things that help with resale. He was able to find me a house, notify me of the house, arrange a viewing, and put an offer down on the house all in 1 day. He is the man!

Just the type of person you need when looking for your first home.He is very patient and answers all our questions and address concerns ,even when we kept on asking same question in different ways.He was flexible with timings and availability.when I requested to visit the property at the weekend. Alex and Lauren were great to work with! I’m convinced that Lauren’s gorgeous pictures and video of our home are responsible for the quick sale and high interest in our house. Between the staging advice and the pictures that showcased the home at its most beautiful, I almost changed my mind about selling! The lines of communication were always open, and I appreciated the weekly update calls from Alex to keep me in the loop about the whole process.

Alex and his team really know how to stage and sell a home. There were no comps in the area that could be used for pricing, however his expertise priced our home perfectly. The sign barely hit the yard and we had an offer! He was also a great resource for negotiating and closing the deal.
