B-Level was hired by my condo association level some sunken slabs around our pool. They were timely and competent, and REALLY came through for us when the scope was expanded and an undetected 'overflow' drain clogged. This was our error (be careful about expanding your scope of work!) but B-Level took care of the problem quickly, competently and very cost effectively. Thank you, B-Level!

We would not recommend this company. They came out in March, gave us a written quote and wanted a deposit to get on their busy schedule. We gave them the deposit and the representative said they would be able to do our job in approx 4 weeks. After 4 weeks we began to reach out to the company to see where we were on their schedule. They did not return calls or respond to emails. Now 13 weeks later they finally call to say they will not be able to do our job. I'm still waiting for our deposit to be returned..

Dear B-Level -
On November 7, I had your team come out and do several projects around my house. I had received a coupon in my mail that let me know who you are. Your team had come out earlier in the week to start but ran into some equipment problems and couldn't perform their services. They apologized and set up a time to come back on Friday 11/7. When they got here they went to work immediately and did a fantastic job. They straightened out my front steps and stoop. They also did the cement patch work to make the steps look great. They also did some lifting on a section of my driveway by my garage. They also repaired a piece of driveway going into my garage. They cleaned up the area and were very polite. I was very pleased with your services and impressed with your team from start to finish. Thanks again and continued success.
