Don is awesome! Let me count the ways... Our project was unusual. We wanted to install a glass garage door on our 4th floor rooftop to create a bright, airy indoor/outdoor flexible space with a kitchen area. We closed off a shower and added an outdoor closet. Don had lots of creative ideas which enabled us to create this cool space while helping us keep costs down! Despite the challenges of our unique installation, Don was always cheery and fun to be with. He worked well with both me and my husband. He is straightforward and trustworthy, and kept us informed as unexpected issues came up (due to Covid, for the most part). He scheduled his crew efficiently and always let us know the schedule ahead of time. He and his crew always arrived as expected. His crew and vendors were pleasant and easy to work with, and delivered quality work and materials. Don has a great rapport with the city. Permitting went smoothly. Inspections were scheduled and completed timely and without issue. You cannot go wrong with Don and Westfield Custom Homes!

We hired Westfield Custom Homes (Don Peterson) to complete our addition after a disaster with our first contractor who walked off the job and we are VERY glad that we did! The addition included a large bedroom, bath, walk in closet and laundry room. From the pier and beam foundation to the metal roof Don (and Jose his assistant) did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable about all phases including permitting. Materials were first class as was the installation. Surprisingly we did not have any disagreements or conflicts at all, everything was very smooth. The plans were followed and Don consulted with us when we needed it and did some custom work too. They may take longer than some, I really don't know, but the job is done right. Could not be more pleased and strongly recommend Don and Westfield Custom Homes.

We were more than fortunate to have been able to work with Don on the repair of our lanai roof. It was sort of a tricky job and he clearly showed mastery of his general contractor abilities. Don and his crew were timely and worked hard. So nice to work with dependable professionals My wife felt comfortable having these folks in our house and that means a lot. They cleaned up after themselves The end result of the repair was very satisfactory and the price was very reasonable. I will ask them for help again, in the future, should the need arise. We have several neighbors who have used Don and recommended him and his company. We know know why.

Don and his team did amazing work at our home. For two northerner's who recently transplanted to Florida, I appreciated his honesty with regard to material recommendations. Some things that worked for us in the northern climate wouldn't work for us here so, I appreciated his input and vast product knowledge. We will absolutely hire them again for future projects.

My rating on Don, is excellent , his team of workers were very friendly and did very nice work, leaving the job site very clean, and ready to go the next day. Don always kept me update on what each step of the remodel was going to be, communication was very clear. I would highly recommend, Don and his team. I love my new master bathroom.

Westfield did outstanding work on my older home renovation and addition. This was a complicated project with an upstairs bedroom and bathroom addition; replacing decking; new metal roof; and siding. Don Peterson was extremely efficient and creative getting the work completed on time and on budget. All of the permitting and inspection processes; given a barrier island location, was done well. Most important was his attention to details and maintaining the integrity of the architecture of an old FL design..

We are retired home builders from Maine living in Florida. When we needed a major renovation to our home we called Westfield Custom Homes Inc to do the work. Excellent job and as you may guess an ex-builder is hard to please. Very happy with their work and crew. With extensive Irma damage done to our home and the craziness of dealing with insurance and random adjusters and unknown contractors and companies...having Don arrive at our home and become instantly at ease with his expertise, honesty and professionalism was a true blessing!!
