L. Madeux Home Improvements has been serving customers since 2005 in the greater Danbury CT area. We specialize in residential interior repairs, remodeling of bathrooms, deck renovations and repairs of rental properties. Our range of work includes installation and repair of tile, sheet rocking, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and general home repairs: carpentry, new deck construction and deck renovation, faucets, toilets, window and doors, outlets and lighting, broken hardware, general maintenance, digital home automation, antique home renovation and property management repairs. In addition we manage a subcontractor team of licensed electricians and plumbers, painters, and exterior construction workers. We are a woman-owned registered and insured Connecticut Home Improvement Contractor (HIC).

Laurie & Paul do outstanding work for a very reasonable price. I am a landlord, so I regularly need a variety of jobs to keep my rental units running smoothly. And as every landlord knows, reliable, responsive contractors do not grow on trees. What I especially appreciate about Laurie & Paul is that they know how to listen and find the best solutions for your specific needs and budget. Rather than trying to steer you to the biggest, most expensive solutions, they are problem solvers who will value your job no matter how small or how large it is. They are also honest enough to tell you when a particular job falls outside of their area of expertise (though that rarely happens in my experience). Just as an example of how broad their skills are - recently they came in to paint, repair windows, replace closet doors fix a light, and even clean - all in the same job! I recommend them extremely highly and they will continue to be my go to people for all my home improvement needs.

LOVE this amazing duo !!! We had them in to re-do our main floor bathroom. We have two senior citizens living in our home so was a bit of a concern with construction going on but now our Grandma and Great Grandma miss them so much !!!! LOL ..... seriously though, awesome job .... super clean and efficient. I have two more projects that I'm bringing them back next summer to do on our place. L-O-V-E- ............. quality at its finest !

There is absolutely no words I can say about laurie and paul. From the moment I spoke to laurie over the phone I knew she was a knowledgeable person within her field. She quoted me a price and it was reasonable. When laurie and paul came to install the dishwasher they were professional and clean. They cleaned up what ever mess was made. Before they left they made sure the dishwasher was up and running. If you don't hire these 2 beautiful people not only are you wasting your time but money as well. I would recommend this company to my family friends and people I don't know.

When I have a home maintenance problem the first person I contact is Laurie of L. Madeux Home Improvements. She has been a great advisor for repairs and updates on my new home. She has completed a bathroom update as well as a variety of routine home maintenance and repair tasks. She has demonstrated skills in the area of carpentry, plumbing, electricity, dry wall repair and painting. I have recommended her to others who have been satisfied customers. I keep L. I needed Grab Bars installed in a bathroom quickly - Laurie responded to my inquiry almost immediately and made an appointment for an estimate the next day. Well I never in a million years expected the job to be assessed and completed the same day! Platinum Service for sure! The pricing was fair, Laurie and Paul know their stuff and together we designed the best way to make the bathroom as safe as possible. I will be using L.
