Hi, I'm Jo. Welcome to Style & Harmony. I specialise in Interior Design to redecorate or design your home, or simply find a new look for one or more of your spaces. My services include; kitchen and bathroom design for a renovation or new build, colour consultations, hard suface finishes and soft furnishing selection, window dressings and furniture placement and sourcing, or it could be a simple as finding some new art and accessories such as lamps and rugs. I have spent all my working life in the area of design, initially in the Fashion Industry, and later my love for colours, fabrics and design, brought me to Interior Design and Decorating and I haven't looked back! No matter where you call home, it is important that where you live is a place you love to spend time in. Style & Harmony can help you achieve this with a thorough consultative process which will help you achieve the look and style you want within your budget. The initial consultation is where it all starts. A meeting in your home will take place and we will discuss your needs, your likes and dislikes, what is working and not working. Discussions to work out solutions for your space and how you live. Your personal style is my business. We will work together to create a space that reflects your personality.

Jo helped me with designing my kitchen and bathrooms for my new home. I was very happy with the way it all came together. She did such a wonderful job. I then used Jo to help me design my family room with wall art for around the house. Jo is very professional and very friendly. I was extremely happy with the work she did for me. I would highly recommend Jo for home / interior design work.

Jo was wonderful. She really helped bring my ideas together as well as introducing new concepts for the renovation of my kitchen, two bathrooms and laundry. I had a very tight budget that really didn't have any wriggle room and Jo was able to successfully work within this and deliver the project on budget. The finished product is more amazing than I had ever imagined and I will forever be grateful for Jo's help and expertise.

Joanne did a wonderful job styling our home with bright, modern furniture and artwork which made the home look spacious and attractive to prospective buyers. Joanne is lovely to deal with, easy to contact and reliable with timing for installation and collection. The whole process was very straightforward and we were very pleased with the result and the service. Jo styled my house unlike anything I would have considered! It looked amazing! In fact the buyers told us they chose this house because they liked the “vibe” of the place! Joanne engaged in our services to help create, make and supply her window furnishings three years ago for her lovely new home. Jo did an amazing job styling my home for my recent sales campaign. The house was unrecognisable - she transformed the place. Our home was presented beautifully and the interest in the home was so extensive we were able to sell on auction day. Joanne brought style and harmony to my home with the simple and pleasing addition of some art work, lamps , cushions and throws and the judicious repurposing of several items. I was especially pleased with her acceptance of my stated budget and the way she worked to ensure that we stayed within that limit. When I chose to purchase additional items outside of the spec she was gracious and helpful, following up on orders and bending over backwards to ensure that items being brought in were in good condition and "at home" in the designated space. Joanne also referred me to a lovely handyman who removed some unwanted shelves and pictures and professionally patched and painted my walls at a very reasonable rate.

She gave us tips for styling each room using our existing furniture and decor and also hired us pieces to help style areas of the house that we didn't have furniture for. The pieces she chose were in keeping with the rest of the style of our house and spot on for our target buyers. I have worked with Jo from Style & Harmony on a number of occasions now on various projects in my home from updating my theatre room by re upholstering and sourcing custom-made cushions to helping me choose fabrics and the right supplier for my Kitchen furniture that worked for my existing space. Jo at Style and Harmony styled our house beautifully to prepare it for sale. Her sound advice, thorough detailing of what would work best in each room and professionalism meant we were comfortable with her choices and confident approaching auction time. She provided furniture and styling throughout our house, the main items including chairs, rugs, artwork, couches, tv unit, console and a dining setting, as well as accessories. The entire process completely took the anxiety out of the pre-auction phase and we could not have been happier with the services she provided, with her professionalism and with the end product - a house that sold for well over the amount expected and looked exquisite. Jo went out of her way to help in preparing the house for sale and we would highly recommend her services.
