We engaged Shane and Kim to build our new home as we wanted to use somebody local to the area. The first day we met Shane we were put at ease immediately. As we were building a on steep block we needed a builder with slope experience and somebody who was willing to tackle a difficult build. BBH gave us that reinsurance and were fantastic to work with, we found that we could communicate and discuss all areas of the build with them and they were accommodating with changes along the way. The use of innovative products was exciting and reduced total cost of ownership to us. Shane had a great culture with his team and subcontractors and all trades worked well together. Our house came out better than we expected and we will enjoy making it a home. Thanks Shane and Kim for all your hard and devoted work.

Boulters took the guess work out of our extension. Their advice, professionalism, work ethic and all round great to deal with attitude made selecting them as our builder for our extension really easy. Any issues where discussed and alternate solutions offered in a friendly and timely manner. The project started and finished in the time frame agreed upon to the standard we expected.

Shane completed the first stage of our reno back in 2013 and did a flawless job, with some tricky interfaces with the existing house and a tight budget. Recently, we got BBH back to do some more work in the original part of the house. We particularly recommend their approach to quality and attention to detail. Also found them to be excellent communicators -- a rare thing.

Shane assisted us on one of our renovation projects as a contractor, as Shane is also a builder, we found that he was more than capable of performing the works required. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of building, has great attention to detail and we felt very confident in his ability to get the job done. He is solutions orientated with the ability to make suggestions where required to simplify processes to make the build go that bit quicker and where possible cost effective. During the process we found that Shane and Kim were a team who are truly interested in their clients, wanting to deliver a finished product that their clients are happy with. If they are willing to do this for another builder, I have no hesitation in believing that they would go above and beyond for their clients. We have no hesitation in recommending Boulter Built Homes.

I have worked with Shane on multiple new home as his electrical contractor and have been able to gain good insight into Boulter Built Homes. Shane holds a professional mannerism and is always open to work with the contractors and clients to attain the best result at the end of the job. Shane's experience in the building industry is evident in his workmanship and on job knowledge. Shane completed building our house in March 2017. When we purchased our block at Currumbin Waters, we knew it would be difficult to build on (given it was a steep 40deg slope) however Shane and his team made it happen. There were definitely a few hiccups along the way with council/engineering etc however Shane took care of it all and made sure we got through them. To say we are stoked with the final result would be an understatement! So pleased with Boulter Built Homes building our home 2016, we knew from the start that there would be a few council hiccups with us being in a slip area, sloped lot, needing an Eco septic system, and being in a rural area, a lot seemed against us though Shane and his team were able to succumb any issues with ease, then produce an amazing pole home that exceeded our dreams. We had 3 lists, one list that was within our budget items and ideas. One list of loved items that you just wish and dreamt of adding, and the third list was if we won the lottery! Shane and his team ticked off my wish list of dreams and ideas, and keeping in budget which made our dreams come true, and in impeccable time adding to our excitement. Boulter Built Homes have made building our first home an amazing experience, so good we want to build another home.

I have photographed quite a few Boulter Built Homes now and have always been impressed with their modern and unique exterior and interior design. As well as contemporary style their homes feature high quality and leading edge fittings and fixtures. The level of care taken and the high standard of the finished home is clearly evident. *** UPDATE 7th July 2017 *** Shane has been helping me over the past year build a music practice room at home. It's something that was fiddly and required a lot a analysis and prep to understand the work involved. I struggled to find anyone interested but thankfully Shane was willing. Not only has he been very helpful through helping plan, source materials, and helping with the project itself, he's always been happy to come back and help with little things to help me finish off the job. I honestly couldn't have completed this project without him. ------------------------------------------------------------ We've all been in the position where we've had multiple quotes and not sure which way to go and let's face it, it's hard to find good, honest, reliable builders. Shane is one of them. Shane recently completed an upgrade to our property in Daisy Hill. The process from quotation through to completion went smoothly and I'm very happy with the result. Both he and his apprentice were attentive to detail and worked very hard to deliver what we agreed on. If I were to build, Shane would be the first builder I would recommend. I'm currently searching for land myself and hope to build with him in the near future.
