Adam Rimon received his Bachelor of design in interior architecture in 2004. By 2009 he had started this custom home-building company that combined his unique talents as a general contractor, project manager, and designer. Rimon Construction strives to maintain a cooperative partnership with its clients throughout the entire home building process. We have structured our services so that we can assist in all aspects of decision making related to the development, design and construction process. We are extremely detail oriented and strive to listen to our client’s needs, identify their personal style, and translate it into great spaces. Rimon Construction builds and renovates homes with an artistic eye and an exceptional sense of contemporary design. We work to know our clients on a personal level to produce a final product that is loved and cherished for years to come. I've worked with Adam on our last two houses. He helped us transform our first home in the Hollywood Hills from ugly and outdated to sleek and modern. That house was featured on Houzz, Dwell and several other blogs/publications. In addition to the practical aspects of being a contractor, Adam has an amazing eye for design. Green Grounds Landscape Services

We had a newly purchased house with good bones. These are the items we had completed with Rimon: -Extended an office into the backyard to create a new room. -Complete tear down and install of new kitchen(cabinets, island, appliances, windows). -Demo of wall and creation of archway to create open floor plan. -Teardown and install of 2 new full bathrooms. -HVAC Install. -New roof for garage and house. -Painting of interior and exterior. -Wood floor instal and staining to match existing. They did great work. Easy to work with. Would definitely hire for future projects and recommend to anyone looking for residential construction. Here is what I liked about working with them. Pricing: We received several estimates. They were right in line with everyone and flexible. Hands On: Adam was always on site. If we needed something he was there. If we had questions(we had lots) he helped guide us through things. Quality: All the work was great. We've been in the house for several years. Not one issue with anything they did.
