As a Certified Passive House Designer, Richard Maxton is well placed to provide modern, comfortable and environmentally friendly solutions for both domestic and commercial projects. The services we offer cover the full range of traditional Architectural Services and includes advising and assisting in all aspects of a build project including the viability, location, cost and any local Planning and Building Control requirements. We can provide a simple Planning and Building Warrant only package or we can provide a more comprehensive service which includes tender negotiation, site inspection, contractor co-ordination, administration through to building completion and handover. Every aspect of the service we provide is carried out by carefully listening to and enthusiastically responding to our Clients needs.
